A visionary with a relentless commitment to excellence, Wanda has led Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ largest-ever startup, driven by a clear mission to build a dominant, values-driven brokerage rooted in service, integrity, and long-term growth.
Before launching BHHS Ally Real Estate, Wanda built an impressive career in South Carolina, where she served as Relocation Director and was recognized as Relocation Director of the Year at the 2014 Century 21 Global Conference in Washington, DC. Her strategic mindset and operational expertise have consistently produced results at the highest levels.
Deeply committed to professional leadership and community impact, Wanda currently serves as President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Shreveport-Bossier Network. She was also honored as a 2023 40 Under Forty recipient, recognizing her influence and leadership within the industry. Her past leadership roles include serving as the 2023 Membership Chair for the Women’s Council of REALTORS® and 2023 Secretary of the NWLAR Young Professionals Network.
