Chris is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and retired from the Louisiana Army National Guard in 2022. He is also a licensed remodeling contractor in addition to being a licensed realtor since 2021. He studied drafting and design at SOWLEA Community College in Lake Charles. He was awarded several commendations and awards, including a Bronze Star for service in Iraq, a Meritorious Service Medal, an Army Commendation, and several Army Achievement Medals for his service in the military and brings that same can do and willingness to go above and beyond to his real estate clients. His expertise and experience as a contractor help homeowners or potential homeowners identify possible problems, solutions to correct them, and costs, as well as the most cost-effective renovations to maximize a home's value. Chris is also an avid outdoorsman, enjoys refinishing and building custom furniture, and working around his property in Grant Parish. He holds Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Short Sale and Foreclosure (SFR), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and Real Estate Investing (REI) certifications through the National Association of Realtors, which he uses to ensure the best possible deals for both sellers and buyers.
