What horrific scene is going to be narrated by the grandfather next.  The young boy in the book "The Princess Bride", by William Goldman, was literally poised to hear a dreadful description of death before his grandpa utters those soothing words, "She doesn't get eaten by the eels at this time".   What with COVID-19 deaths reaching mind-numbing levels, wildfires, unemployment, the election, and ongoing environmental misfortunes, our world seems to be falling apart around our ears.
